How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders from Samimonicakes are shipped exclusively on Mondays. Once shipped, they typically take about 3 - 5 business days to reach their destination.

What day are shipments made?
Shipments for Samimonicakes orders are made only on Mondays. Shipments are exclusively made every Monday via USPS within the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package through the USPS website.

What should I do if I never receive my order?
Samimonicakes is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. 

Samimonicakes is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
